- It was a fantastic but really tough rally. We have started here for the fisrt time so it was a challenging experience. There are the fastest and the most challenging gravel stages in the wolrd. Average speed is the highest in the whole WRC series. So to say Rally Finland is a „Mount Everest” of all gravel rallies at all. You need to know roads very well to push on and keep fast speed. We suffered a technical failure. On SS8 after one of the numerous jumps the huge leakage in the cooling system had happened. We did not want to destroy the engine and decided to retire. It's a pity because we really wanted to reach the finish. Unfortunately, so it goes in rallying – Michal Solowow said.
Rally Finland has been the 198 event for Michal Solowow since the beginning of his career in 2001 roku. The SCRT duo are planning to take part in the Wales Rally GB.
