Synthos Cersanit Rally Team
Synthos Cersanit Rally Team was founded by Michal Solowow in 2003, two years after his rallying debut in 2001. In a short period of time the team became one of the best and professional rally teams in Poland and in Europe. In 2004-2005 the team twice won the title of 2-nd runner's- up title in the Polish Rally Championship. In 2007 the team succeded in the European Rally Championship - Michal Solowow won 4-th position in ERC final classification. In 2008 Michal Solowow together with Maciek Baran won their first runners'-up title in the European Rally Championship. They did it again in 2009 and 2012. Since 2013 the team has changed its agenda - instead of participating regularly in national or international rallying series they are taking part only in a few WRC or ERC events every year.

A rally driver from the very beginning - in the age of 17 he started in KJS (contests for rally rookies) and performed quite well. Unfortunately, he could not afford buying the professional rally car those days. However, the fascination remained and in 2000 he purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI and started in a "tourist" class in the Zubry Rally (Rajd Żubrów). He began serious rallying in the 2001 season, starting in PZM Cup - the competition league for the Rally Championship of Poland. Following years he earned experience by perfecting his rally driving technique in rallies in Poland and abroad. In 2008 and 2009 Michal Solowow won the Runner's-Up title in the European Rally Championship. In 2010 he collected also a Vice-Champion title in the Polish Rally Championship (RSMP). In 2013 Michal did his best again in ERC and won his third Runner's-Up title in this series.
Since the very origins of the Synthos Cersanit Rally Team Michal has always been involved in the organization of the team, the service and technical development of cars which he uses in rallies. All this has been reflected in subsequent successes of Synthos Cersanit Rally Team over tha last 12 years.
